Job Description:

The Community Engagement Agent will be the frontline representative, engaging daily with customers through social media, live chat, and review platforms to ensure a positive brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.
  • Record interactions and escalate complex queries.
  • Identify customer sentiment trends and report findings.
  • Assist in growing our online community presence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, social media management, or call centres.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
