Job Description:
The Community Engagement Agent will be the frontline representative, engaging daily with customers through social media, live chat, and review platforms to ensure a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly.
- Record interactions and escalate complex queries.
- Identify customer sentiment trends and report findings.
- Assist in growing our online community presence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, social media management, or call centres.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and positive attitude.
