Customer Service Rep
Respond to communications from guests via email, telephone and any other external
platforms. Create and maintain reservations, guest, and company profiles, sending of
confirmation letters, requests, cancellations, and modifications and perform in a prompt
and professional manner. Assisting with any other duties that might requested by senior
management within the scope of this role.
Qualifications- Minimum Matric (grade
12) - Previous experience in the hotel industry
- Knowledge in Reservations
