Position: Omnichannel Support Leader (24/7)
A leading iGaming company based in South Africa is seeking a Customer Support Manager to oversee and manage a dynamic support team. This role will focus on ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple channels including live chat, email, and calls. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer support with at least 2 years in a management position, demonstrating strong leadership and analytics skills.

Onsite work with possible shift obligations is required.
