• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries

• Deliver professional service in German and English

• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken & written)

• Good command of English

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

• Customer service or call centre experience (retail advantageous)

• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends

• Attractive remuneration package

• One-way local flight to Durban prior to start date

• 20 nights accommodation provided on arrival

• Full-time, on-site role in Umhlanga
