Position: Client Service Consultants (2 full-time and 1 contract)

Curro Holdings is an independent schooling provider that offers quality education from the early childhood development phase to Grade 12. Curro prides itself on providing an ethical, values‑based environment and offers learner‑centric, balanced, innovative and relevant curricula across schools.

Curro Holdings seeks to appoint Client Service Consultants (2 full‑time and 1 contract) at Curro Head Office in Bellville to commence duties in April 2026.

Key Performance Areas Call Handling (50%)
  • Answer calls promptly and professionally
  • Adhere to quality standards and scripts
  • Drive first‑call resolution
  • Log and track all interactions
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Client Query Management & Administration (25%)
  • Investigate and resolve queries or complaints
  • Liaise with internal departments for resolution
  • Maintain accurate system notes
  • Provide regular client updates
  • Respond to leads within SLA
General Administration (25%)
  • Stay updated on products, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Apply knowledge consistently to support service excellence
Qualifications, experience and skills
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales environment
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience working with call centre systems
  • Advantageous: Qualification in call centre, customer service, sales, or marketing
