Customer Service Consultant – German Speaker (B2–C2). On-site | Umhlanga, South Africa. Full-time | 24/7 Rotational Shifts. Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month + Benefits.

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our on-site team in Umhlanga. This role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy problem-solving, clear communication, and working in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be supporting customers through various channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing a globally recognized organization.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in German
• Communicate internally in English with team members and supervisors
• Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Navigate customer support systems and document interactions correctly
• Meet service quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends when required

• German language proficiency (B2–C2), written and spoken
• Good command of English for internal communication
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
• Customer service or call centre experience is advantageous (retail experience is also a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
• Basic computer skills and confidence using support tools

• Monthly salary: R20,000 – R25,000
• 1x local flight to Durban prior to start date
• 20 nights of accommodation, covered at a location selected by Client Company
