Your Superpowers- Academic:
Grade 12 (Matric) - Experience:
12 – 24 months in a Sales/ Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment) - Skills:
Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach - Communication:
High proficiency in written and verbal English - Tech-Savvy:
Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation
- Deliver excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs.
- Identify vulnerable customers and provide additional support.
- Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity.
- Use your product knowledge to proactively solve problems.
- Work to tight deadlines to meet service delivery targets.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws as well as regulatory compliance.
