The main purpose of the role:
The Customer Experience Advisor is responsible for creating an effortless Customer Experience that will build customer loyalty and increase revenue by providing multi-channel products and customer support in a customer service/call centre environment. By using the organisation's website and other available tools, they must offer products and guide customers to self-serve and transact online. Responsible for quote and order processing on SAP, handling customer queries and complaints and identifying leads.
This role requires that you back up other functions within the Customer Experience Department and respective territories.
