Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in Italian and English

Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Computer literate (MS Office / CRM systems advantageous)
