Social Media Support Specialist

Call Force is searching for a Social Media Support Customer Service Representative in Cape Town. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience through various social media platforms. The representative will be responsible for resolving customer queries, building relationships, and providing exceptional support in writing.

A basic salary of R7,000 per month is offered, along with a rotational schedule. Candidates should have strong communication and typing skills, and previous experience in customer service or social media is advantageous.
