What You’ll Need- A passion for customer service and problem-solving
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Some experience in customer support or working with online platforms (bonus but not required!)
- Great communication skills and a friendly approach
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
- Assist clients by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and support systems
- Keep track of client interactions using our ticketing system
- Work well within a team and ensure excellent customer service
- Help with training, queries, and other tasks as needed
- Full training provided
