Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and going the extra mile? We are looking for energetic and customer-focused French-speaking agents to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service via webchat and email
Manage reservations, special requests, and customer enquiries
Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions
Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments
Ensure all interactions follow company procedures and service standards

Requirements:

Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is advantageous
Previous inbound/outbound contact centre experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
