Position: Customer Support Agent (Seasonal)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Help customers across chat, email, voice and social

Solve problems with empathy, speed and good judgement

Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish

Deliver a great experience while hitting key service targets

Spot repeat issues and help us keep getting better

WHO YOU ARE:

This job is for you if you have:

6–18 months’ experience in customer support or a contact centre

Confidence across multiple support channels

Strong written and verbal communication

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk or similar

Retail or e-commerce experience? Even better.
