Collinson Group is seeking an Arabic-speaking customer service professional to handle inbound calls and email correspondence from an international client base. The role requires delivering high quality service and meeting performance targets within a fast-paced call centre environment.
You will join a rotational 24/7 shift pattern, including weekends, and must be adaptable to changing schedules and demanding deadlines while building effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
