Customer Care Chat Consultant – Health Care Campaign

We are currently seeking experienced Chat Support Consultants to join our growing medical support team. This role is perfect for customer-focused individuals who can provide reassurance, professionalism, and efficient support in a fast-paced environment aligned to UK operational hours.

• Support customers through live chat and other communication channels
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-driven customer service
• Assist customers with queries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally
• Follow internal procedures and escalate concerns where necessary
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contact centre environment
• Strong live chat support experience is essential
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working rotational UK shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
