We are currently recruiting for a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team on a seasonal contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support international customers in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries in Spanish and English
- Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
- Deliver a positive customer experience at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider support team
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (MS Office / CRM systems advantageous)
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
