MCI is seeking a bilingual Travel Agent in Cape Town to assist travelers with planning, booking and managing travel arrangements. You will use the Spotnana platform to support bookings, changes and cancellations, delivering professional customer service in a fast-paced BPO environment.
The ideal candidate has at least two years in travel, fluent French and English, and hands-on Spotnana experience. Onsite role with opportunities to grow within a globally expanding organization.
