Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused and results-orientated individuals, with sound problem-solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional service to customers
across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Query Handling (Inbound/E-mail/Webchat/etc.)
Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
Escalate any queries or complaints to the appropriate channels to ensure they are handled and resolved in a timely manner
Provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience within the international
markets.
A minimum of 12 months contact centre experience in a dual – focus capacity.
Grade 12
Travel and tourism experience will be advantageous.

Working hours
Monday - Friday
