MCI is seeking a committed Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our Cape Town contact center. The role requires strong French and English communication, at least two years in the travel industry, and hands-on Spotnana platform experience to plan, book and manage travel for business and leisure clients.
You will handle reservations, changes and cancellations, verify traveler profiles and policies, and deliver professional service in a high-volume BPO environment, onsite at our Cape Town facility.
