Petal & Post is a fast-growing same-day flower and gift service, delivering farm-fresh flowers and curated gifts across Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and beyond. It's a business built on speed, warmth and an obsession with making someone's day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves people, is highly organised and calm under pressure. You'll be the friendly voice on the phones and live chat, welcome walk-in customers, coordinate the floristry assistants and drivers and help keep the studio running like clockwork, packing flower orders alongside the team most days.

• 3-5 years' work experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
• A genuine love for working with people and delivering exceptional customer service
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable coordinating people
• Happy to get hands-on in a busy studio environment
• Able to create simple, engaging Instagram Reels and Stories on an iPhone
• Basic digital marketing or social media skills (a bonus)

• Answer phones and live chat and welcome walk-in customers with warmth and care
• Coordinate floristry assistants and drivers to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Support day-to-day studio coordination, from workflow to stock to logistics
• Pack flower orders alongside the team most days
• Create simple Instagram Reels and Stories to bring the studio's daily life online
• Contribute basic digital marketing or social media support where needed
