SPA RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for an experienced and professional Spa Receptionist to join a cruise ship spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, manage spa bookings, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage spa appointments, bookings, cancellations, and schedules.
• Promote spa treatments, services, and products to guests.
• Handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Answer guest enquiries and provide information about spa services.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
• Support the spa team with daily administrative duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a busy, multicultural environment.
• Assist with achieving spa sales and service targets.
• Follow all onboard health, safety, and guest-service standards.

• Demonstrated cruise ship spa experience

• Previous spa reception, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident handling bookings, payments, and guest enquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Valid Passport
• Schengen Visa (for non-EU residents)
• Brazil Visa (required unless South African)
• Seaman's Book
• STCW Certificates
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Vaccination Records (including Yellow Fever)
