• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
• Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and service improvement.

• Proven experience in account management, client relations , or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and articulate how our services meet them.
• Experience with CRM software and client management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
