We are recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Cape Town. You will deliver high-quality support to international customers via phone, webchat, and email — handling everything from bookings and re-bookings to cancellations and general travel inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to international customers via phone, webchat, and email
- Handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Update customer records and account information
- Engage in proactive problem-solving and take full ownership of the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and quality in all tasks
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Fluent German language proficiency
- 12 months of international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Competitive monthly salary
- Night shift allowance (applicable after 19:00)
- Subsidized one-way transportation (employee contribution: R315/month)
