Guest Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
• Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns they may have during their stay
• Handle guest complaints and work towards providing a satisfactory resolution
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times while interacting with guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
• Keep track of guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements to management
• Plan and organize special events and activities for guests
• Provide guests with information about the ship's facilities, activities, and services
• Handle guest check-in and check-out processes
• Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and secure
• Uphold the company's standards of service and guest satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications as required by the company
