Client Service Representative

The Client Service Representative (CSR) at Pragma Africa plays a key role in delivering high-quality client support within a dynamic call centre environment. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients while providing efficient, solution-driven service. The CSR acts as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolution through effective communication, problem-solving, and administrative support.

The role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to interpret and communicate technical information, particularly within asset management contexts.

• A Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year call centre experience.
• Strong Computer Literacy.
• Experience with Asset Management in Oil & Gas sector would be advantageous.
• Experience with Asset Management in Retail sector would be advantageous.

• System administration using various software platforms.
• Meet monthly performance measures and quarterly targets.
• Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
• Follow through on the remedial action of the client concerns raised.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Understand client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using On key.
