Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists clients in ENGLISH, TSWANA, SEPEDI, OR SESOTHO in enquiries and product info
Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists Clients telephonically and resolve enquiries
Inbound and Outbound with Administration skills
- Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Tswana, Sesotho or Sepedi essential
- Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral or Life Insurance knowledge will be preferred.
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
- Additional Language(s) will be favourable.
- Admin, Office & Support, Sales and Marketing, Marketing
- Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, General Administration, Record Keeping
