Senior Customer Support Specialist

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems, providing clear and concise solutions to customers.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our client's products and services.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior customer support team members.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in products and services.
• Contribute to the development of support processes and documentation to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.

• Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar client-facing technical role.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead support role is highly advantageous.
