Project Architect

Alinea Architects is a dynamic, internationally active design studio based in Cape Town, specialising in bespoke high-end residential and hospitality architecture. Founded in 2019, the practice combines local insight with global luxury design experience, grounded in purpose, precision, and place.

We are looking for a Project Architect with strong Stages 4–6 experience to join our growing team.

This position is focused on technical delivery, consultant coordination, statutory compliance, construction documentation, and site implementation. You will play a key role in ensuring design intent is carried through to completion with rigour and clarity.

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate professional experience
• Proven experience delivering projects through Stages 4–6
• Strong construction knowledge and detailing capability
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and authorities
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused

• Work on prestigious, design-led residential and hospitality projects
