Architectural Technologist

The Opportunity We are recruiting a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist with 5–10 years of experience to join our client's Stellenbosch office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development and contribute to the overall creative vision
• Manage documentation and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and design standards
• Apply BIM workflows (Revit) to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Skills Proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong BIM workflow knowledge

Registration Professional registration with SACAP (mandatory)

Experience 5–10 years of proven professional experience

Design Portfolio Strong design sensibility across boutique and large-scale projects

Project Sectors Exposure to retail, industrial, and residential developments

Soft Skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
