Position: Senior Design Architect (Lead Designer)
Western Cape, CPT - CBDMarket Related An excellent opportunity for a Senior Design Architect (PrArch) to lead concept creation and champion design excellence within a multidisciplinary project environment. This role suits a highly creative, technically strong architect who can turn early ideas into fully resolved, coordinated design solutions.
  • MArch
  • Professional Registration:
    PrArch (SACAP)
  • 8–12 years’ Architectural experience with strong design leadership
  • Proven ability to take concepts into resolved design packages
  • Revit proficiency and strong visualisation capability
  • Confident communicator with strong design ownership
  • Lead concept design and early‑stage development
  • Drive design quality, innovation, and technical feasibility
  • Oversee high‑quality design documentation and detailing
  • Coordinate architectural design with engineering disciplines
  • Support project teams through design reviews and integration
