We are recruiting a talented and motivated Architectural Technologist with 5–10 years of experience to join our client's Stellenbosch office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide spectrum of projects, from detailed boutique spaces to complex commercial environments.

• Lead design development and contribute to the overall creative vision
• Manage documentation and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and design standards
• Apply BIM workflows (Revit) to produce accurate, high-quality deliverables

Proficiency in Revit (essential) with strong BIM workflow knowledge

Professional registration with SACAP (mandatory)

5–10 years of proven professional experience

Strong design sensibility across boutique and large-scale projects

Exposure to retail, industrial, and residential developments

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
