Position: Project Architect (Commercial)
Western Cape, CPT - CBDMarket Related A great opportunity for a Project Architect with 10 years’ experience to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. You’ll drive design quality, manage technical coordination and ensure compliance across all work stages, with a strong focus on sustainable, high‑performance architecture
  • BAS + BArch Honours / MArch (or equivalent)
  • 10 years’ architectural experience
  • Green Building certified (EDGE/LEED/GBCSA)
  • Strong technical ability & Revit proficiency
  • Detail‑driven, accountable, and confident leading projects
  • Concept design, planning, and client coordination
  • Technical documentation, detailing & specifications
  • Multidisciplinary team integration
  • Green building solutions & certification processes
  • Site involvement and ensuring design intent on the ground
