Senior Architectural Technologist

Introduction:

Our client, an established architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Cape Town team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically accomplished professional to work on exciting architectural projects within a collaborative, BIM-driven environment while contributing across the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent Revit skills and the ability to confidently deliver projects from design development through to construction documentation and project delivery.

Key Performance Areas:

• Produce high-quality technical documentation and detailed Revit models.
• Coordinate architectural information across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contribute to projects from design development through construction documentation and delivery.
• Maintain technical quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Professional registration with SACAP as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist (Pr.S.Arch.T.) or Professional Architectural Technologist (Pr.Arch.T.).
• Approximately 10 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.

Experience:

• Strong technical and architectural design experience.
• Experience across design development, technical documentation and project delivery.
• Confidence working within a BIM-based project environment.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
