Introduction:
Our client is a well-established architectural practice based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their team.
Key Performance Areas:- Develop and coordinate detailed architectural drawings.
- Produce technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants and other project stakeholders.
- Assist with design development and project delivery.
- Ensure drawings and documentation meet required standards and specifications.
- Professional registration with SACAP as a Pr.Arch.
T. - Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit
- Solid technical documentation and detailing experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards and project delivery.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Professionally registered with SACAP.
- Technically strong and detail oriented.
- Confident working across Revit and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
