Introduction:

An established architectural practice in Cape Town is looking for a Project Architect who can lead projects from concept through to completion. We’re seeking someone who combines strong design ability with technical expertise and practical site experience.

Key Performance Areas:

Lead architectural projects through all six work stages, from concept design to completion.
Develop design solutions and oversee technical documentation in Revit.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and the wider project team.
Attend site meetings, address technical queries and support construction delivery.
Manage project deliverables, quality and timelines.

Requirements:

SACAP-registered Professional Architect.
Proven experience as a project lead.
Strong proficiency in Revit.
Experience across all six architectural work stages.
Practical site experience.
Ability to produce aesthetically considered designs and technically sound documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
High-end residential experience or knowledge would be advantageous.
A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your work, abilities, and contribution to projects.
