Role Purpose
The BIM / Digital Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating digital models and BIM workflows across multidisciplinary project teams to support accurate, efficient and coordinated project delivery.
The role will oversee model coordination, clash detection, digital standards and information management while supporting modellers and project teams in producing high-quality digital outputs.
The successful candidate should have strong hands‑on BIM experience and be able to bridge the gap between technical modelling and multidisciplinary digital coordination .
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate multidisciplinary digital models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines.
Develop, review and manage federated models using relevant BIM software.
Perform and manage clash detection , identify coordination issues and work with project teams to drive these through to resolution.
Coordinate model exchanges between internal teams, consultants and other project stakeholders.
Review models for accuracy, completeness, coordination and compliance with project requirements.
Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) , digital delivery protocols and agreed modelling standards.
Support the development and implementation of BIM and digital delivery workflows.
Coordinate the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and related digital platforms.
Provide technical BIM support and guidance to digital modellers and project teams.
Participate in and, where required, facilitate BIM and digital coordination meetings.
Track clashes, model issues and coordination actions through to resolution.
Assist project teams in resolving technical and spatial coordination issues.
Ensure appropriate model structures, coordinates, naming conventions, file management and document-control practices are maintained.
Coordinate the production and integration of as-built models and documentation .
Support accurate and timely model outputs, construction documentation, schedules and visualisations.
Maintain accurate digital project records within the project''s Common Data Environment (CDE).
Promote consistency, efficiency and best practice across digital delivery activities.
Identify opportunities to improve digital workflows, reduce rework and enhance project delivery.
Support and mentor junior BIM/Digital Modellers and contribute to team training and upskilling initiatives.
QualificationsDiploma or Degree in one of the following or a related discipline:
Civil Engineering
Architectural Technology
Construction Management
Information Technology / Digital Engineering
BIM / Digital Construction
Engineering or built‑environment related qualification
