Position available – Business Manager of a portfolio of Curro Schools

Curro is entering an exciting stage of its development. We are looking for a leader who understands both the heart of education and the realities of running a successful organisation. This role is suited to someone with a strong background in education, paired with solid commercial and operational insight.

As Business Manager, you will oversee a region and/or cluster of schools to ensure that they operate sustainably, efficiently and at the highest standard. You will work closely with functional and academic leaders, supporting quality education delivery while providing the commercial, operational and strategic oversight that ensures schools thrive.

This is a nationally operating role, suited to a confident leader who enjoys collaboration and working across diverse school environments.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• is passionate about making a meaningful impact in education;
• has senior management experience within an educational environment;
• thinks strategically, with strong commercial and financial acumen;
• enjoys working in teams and partnering with functional and academic leaders; and
• can confidently operate across multiple schools and travel nationally.
