Beauty Trainer​/Educator

Role Summary

Lead and elevate education standards through world-class training, innovative curriculum development, and strategic education initiatives that drive brand growth locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training material to international standards

• Train salons, distributors, managers, and trainers across multiple markets

• Identify industry training needs and design new courses accordingly

• Plan, execute, and manage education calendars, workshops, roadshows, and events

• Support product launches, promotions, and strategic education initiatives

• Drive education as a core business growth pillar

• Build strong relationships with industry partners, stockists, and schools

• Oversee training administration and ensure accurate, timely reporting

• Lead, guide, and upskill regional training teams

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification in beauty therapy or related field

• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable

• Willingness to travel locally and internationally
