Afrikaans; FAL teacher - Rondebosch SGB POST

This top performing girls’ school is looking to fill a full time, fixed-term, SGB educator post which is available from March 2026 (or by arrangement) until the end of the academic year:

AFRIKAANS FIRST ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE

Knowledge and experience in teaching Afrikaans FAL CAPs curriculum in the FET phase (minimum five years preferred) is essential.

Experience of teaching Afrikaans FAL at Grade 12 level is also preferred (minimum three years).

Must be computer literate and competent in the use of technology for teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will be expected to play a full role in the extra-mural life of the school, including as a Tutor in the Vertical Tutor System

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited to an interview and will be taken on a tour of the school and expected to teach a lesson..
