Overview
This top performing girls’ school is looking to fill a full time, fixed-term, SGB educator post which is available from March 2026 (or by arrangement) until the end of the academic year:
PositionAFRIKAANS FIRST ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE
ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will be expected to play a full role in the extra-mural life of the school, including as a Tutor in the Vertical Tutor System.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in teaching Afrikaans FAL CAPs curriculum in the FET phase (minimum five years preferred) is essential.
- Experience of teaching Afrikaans FAL at Grade 12 level is also preferred (minimum three years).
- Must be computer literate and competent in the use of technology for teaching and learning.
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and invited to an interview and will be taken on a tour of the school and expected to teach a lesson.
