Robin Trust is a Christian based NPO located in the Oude Molen Eco Village in Pinelands, Cape Town.
Our passion is to care for and bring hope to people through its programmes:
It offers comprehensive training in home-based care, creating employment and placing trained home-based carers with clients in private homes and institutions for both short- and long-term care assignments. Robin Trust also offers Sub-Acute rehabilitative and palliative care, frail and dementia residential care on site in the Oude Molene Eco-Village in Pinelands, Cape Town.
We currently have a QCTO Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator position in our Home-Based Care College.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the teaching and learning of the QCTO HBC program.
- Coordinate clinical learning exposure to students between college and clinical areas.
- Conduct clinical accompaniment of students.
- Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license. Willingness to travel.
- Possess good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Current Registered Nurse R425 qualification accredited with the SANC (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing)
- Post-basic qualification in Nursing Education registered with SANC as an Assessor and Moderator.
- Registered as a QCTO Assessor and Moderator.
- A minimum of 10 years’ nursing experience, registration as a Professional Nurse with SANC.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Nursing Education after obtaining the 1-year post-basic qualification in Nursing Education with an Assessor and Moderator qualification.
- Experience in moderation of QCTO Home Based Care files.
