The candidate’s responsibilities will include:

Facilitate interactive mathematics tutorials, workshops, and lectures aligned with the curriculum.

Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to accommodate diverse learning needs.

Assist students in understanding key mathematical concepts across various disciplines (e.g., algebra, calculus, statistics, or applied mathematics).

Evaluate and assess student progress through formative and summative methods.

Collaborate with faculty to integrate mathematics into interdisciplinary academic initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience in teaching mathematics at a tertiary or secondary level.

Familiarity with tutoring or facilitating in a university environment (advantageous).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse student groups.
