Elementary Teacher - Cape Town Full job description RVP continues to provide opportunities for teachers from all over the world to teach in the United States for up to 5 years under a cultural exchange program. We are now building the pipeline for next school year. We are now actively hiring for Elementary Teachers to teach in the U.S. for the next school year 2025 – 2026.

• Must be proficient in English languages.
• Must have a four-year bachelor’s degree in education or subject you plan to teach (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of full-time related teaching experience at primary or secondary schools outside of the U.S. (student teaching, internships, etc. do not count).
• Must be currently teaching at a primary and/or secondary level in your home country.
• Meet the qualifications for teaching in primary or secondary schools in your home country.
• Must be currently teaching in the grade(s) you are applying for.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to supervise students of various ages in different school settings (playground, cafeteria, etc.).
• Ability to pass an international criminal background check.
• Seek to come to the United States for the purpose of teaching full-time temporarily, and share your culture, and will return home to apply your learning.
