Rondebosch High School is hiring a Teacher to deliver high-quality education in Cape Town. The candidate will develop lessons, assess student progress, and foster a positive learning environment.

Teachers are expected to engage students creatively, integrate digital learning tools, and contribute to overall academic excellence.

• Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons and instructional activities.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and assessments.
• Support students with academic mentoring and individualized guidance.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Use digital education tools and technology in teaching.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and school programs.
• Encourage student participation in co-curricular and enrichment activities.
• Prepare academic reports and feedback for students and parents.
• Promote critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field
• 3-5 years teaching experience
• Knowledge of modern pedagogy, assessment methods, and classroom management
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to integrate innovative teaching methods and learning tools

• Annual Salary:
  Approximately ZAR 300,000 - ZAR 420,000 per year
