Teachers Assistants

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, activities, and projects
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional help
Monitor and supervise students during class, recess, and other activities
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
Assist in grading assignments and providing feedback to students
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior
Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
Adhere to school policies and procedures at all times Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is preferred
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Patient, nurturing, and able to adapt to different learning styles
