Lead and elevate education standards through world-class training, innovative curriculum development, and strategic education initiatives that drive brand growth locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training material to international standards
- Train salons, distributors, managers, and trainers across multiple markets
- Identify industry training needs and design new courses accordingly
- Plan, execute, and manage education calendars, workshops, roadshows, and events
- Support product launches, promotions, and strategic education initiatives
- Drive education as a core business growth pillar
- Build strong relationships with industry partners, stockists, and schools
- Oversee training administration and ensure accurate, timely reporting
- Lead, guide, and upskill regional training teams
- Strategic thinking and leadership
- Passion for education and professional development
- High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Qualification in beauty therapy or related field
- Proven experience in education, training, or facilitation within the beauty industry
- Strong presentation, communication, and people leadership skills
- Deep product, skincare, and anatomy knowledge
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
