• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records of their development.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute special events and activities.

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma or Degree).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with preschool-aged children.
• Proficiency in early learning frameworks and curriculum development.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
