• Lead, manage, and mentor the mathematics teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Monitor student performance in mathematics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted intervention strategies.
• Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher consultations.

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics or Education, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• A minimum of 7 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or HOD role.
• Demonstrated expertise in mathematics pedagogy and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
