Community Facilitator - Adult Education

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Community Facilitator to support adult education initiatives in Upington . This role is dedicated to empowering adults through learning opportunities, providing guidance, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You will work directly with participants, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and connecting them with relevant educational programs and services within the Northern Cape region.

Your role will be crucial in fostering lifelong learning and enhancing the skill sets of adults in the community.

• Facilitate adult learning sessions and workshops, adapting content to participant needs.
• Provide one-on-one support and guidance to adult learners.

• Experience in adult education, community development, or a related field.
