Capacity Building Facilitator

Our client, a development-focused charity operating in Upington , seeks an experienced Capacity Building Facilitator to support local community organizations and individuals. This role involves designing and delivering training programs and workshops aimed at strengthening organizational skills, leadership, and operational effectiveness. You will work directly with community stakeholders, assessing their needs and providing tailored support to enhance their capacity to achieve their goals.

• Assess the capacity building needs of community organizations and individuals.
• Design and develop engaging training materials and workshop curricula.

• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of capacity building interventions.

• Proven experience in facilitating training and capacity building programs, preferably in the non-profit sector.
